We bought your ice cream last weekend at the Hingham Farmers Market hoping to share it later that night with friends, but there were just too many cakes so we held off. Technically, we are a liquor-infused frozen custard with up to 2% Alcohol by Volume. What does that mean for you? We are technically lighter than a light beer per serving. We emphasize sophisticated flavors, balanced pairings, and a creamy delicious boozy frozen custard in every bite. (And if you’re looking for a little extra, may we suggest pouring an extra shot on top? Classy and delicious).
What is frozen custard?
Frozen custard is a bit like ice cream, but in our opinion, much better! The biggest difference is that frozen custard has to be made with a certain amount of egg yolk whereas ice cream does not. Some ice cream may have egg in it, but that does not necessarily mean it is a frozen custard. We are proud to have a high butterfat, rich and creamy, frozen custard made even more delicious with a touch of distilled spirits.
Is this gluten-free or nut-free?
Our liquor-infused frozen custard is made in a facility that processes, wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts & soy. We do our best to avoid cross-contamination but can not guarantee gluten-free or nut free. Please refer to our full ingredient list for questions around allergens.

All of our collection boxes are packed with dry ice to keep your pints frozen. Each box also comes with a carefully selected local treat! Crème de Liqueur was founded by two friends who share a love for celebration—and the small rituals that make everyday moments feel extraordinary.
Elizabeth and Nisreen each grew up in families that embraced indulgence in its simplest forms. For Elizabeth, it was elegant evenings that ended with lemon sorbet and a splash of vodka. For Nisreen, it was the comforting tradition of a late-night sundae made of rocky road, cornflakes, and a hardy pour of scotch crafted by her dad.
Those moments left a lasting impression. So when the two met, they set out to capture that same joy in every pint. Crème de Liqueur is their way of blending nostalgia with sophistication. Real spirits, thoughtfully paired flavors, and a chance to make new memories one scoop at a time.
